About the Website RimonClinic provides psychological services through expert therapists and psychologists associated with it through cooperation agreements. The purpose of the website is to provide professional information to the general public and to help its visitors find expert and experienced therapists suitable to address their problems.

RimonClinic collaborates with expert and certified therapists throughout the country. All therapists are connected to RimonClinic through a cooperation agreement. The therapists appearing on the website have been vetted and found suitable, worthy, and with appropriate qualifications to provide the services they offer. RimonClinic has strict criteria for approving a therapist to appear on the website.

Every inquiry received at RimonClinic undergoes an initial assessment process to match the appropriate recommended service to you based on the type of problem you presented and geographical area. After this assessment process, your details are transferred to the appropriate therapist or several suitable therapists, according to the criteria provided at the time of referral. The therapist or therapists will contact you and provide comprehensive professional explanations regarding the type of service and will be able to answer professional questions.

If necessary, an appointment will be scheduled with the therapist you choose for a more extensive assessment process and continued joint work. After transferring the referral to the therapist(s), responsibility for the quality of service lies solely with the therapist. RimonClinic has no responsibility for the quality of service provided. However, if there is a mismatch, we will be happy to help and refer to another suitable therapist.

RimonClinic periodically enriches the therapists, provides them with professional tools, and more. The center maintains a proper and acceptable professional standard in the field. You can choose the therapist from the list of suggested therapists or respond to RimonClinic’s suggestion for therapist(s) suitable for the problem presented at the time of referral. If possible, RimonClinic can offer a variety of suitable professionals.

The center’s team wishes you success in the treatment process.

Use of the Website Wherever the term “Terms of Use” is used on this site, it also refers to “Regulations” and vice versa. Use of the website, including the content contained therein and the various services operating on it, indicates your agreement to these terms, and therefore you are requested to read them. On the website, you will find content whose use is subject, in addition to these general terms of use, to an online agreement that specifically refers to them.

The website is protected by the copyrights of RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan. The terms of use of the website are formulated in the masculine gender for convenience only, and they refer, of course, to women as well. These terms apply to the use of the website and the content contained therein through any computer or other communication device (such as a mobile phone, handheld computers of various kinds, etc.). They also apply to the use of the website, whether through the Internet or through any other network or means of communication.

The term “content” includes information of any kind and type, including any verbal, visual, audio, audio-visual content, or any combination thereof, as well as their design, processing, editing, distribution, and presentation method.

You are allowed to use the content on the website according to the rules detailed below. Do not use the content on the website in any other way, unless you have received the express, prior written consent of Elad Dahan and/or RimonClinic and subject to the terms of consent (if given):

• Do not copy and use, or allow others to use, in any other way, content from the website, including on other websites, in electronic publications, print publications, etc., for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, other than for personal and private use.
• Do not operate or allow the operation of any computer application or any other means for the purpose of automatic search, scanning, copying, or retrieval of content from the website. This includes not creating and not using such means to create a collection, compilation, or database that will contain content from the website.

Ordering Services, Products, and Treatments – Payment and Product Supply Purchasing on the website is only allowed for those aged 18 and above. Prices on the website include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices do not include shipping – shipping details and costs according to the customer’s choice as detailed in the ordering process. Website visitors will sometimes be entitled to promotions and benefits as published from time to time.

It is clarified that the following details are specified on the website: “Price” – the regular price of the treatment, product, or service without discount, “Website Price” – the offered price after discounts given on the website. Any purchase on the website will be made by payment with a regular credit card only. No payment will be accepted by any other means of payment, but you can contact us directly for payment directly not through the website.

Order from the Website At the end of placing the order, the customer will be sent an email with the details of the order they placed, which will serve as confirmation of receipt of the order by RimonClinic. The transaction is subject to approval by the credit card company. An order made through the website will be charged and sent after the products are collected and prepared for shipment to the customer. In cases where a certain product cannot be supplied, the existing products will be sent, and the customer will not be charged for the product that cannot be supplied. You can check the status of the order via email at info@rimonclinic.com or by contacting us through the website.

The delivery time of the order and its cost (according to the customer’s choice) are according to the delivery service schedules according to the customer’s choice, and it is not possible to commit to exact dates or guarantee the quality of service of the shipping company. RimonClinic makes every effort to ensure that its products are supplied as quickly as possible from the moment the order is approved. In any case and for any reason, RimonClinic does not commit to the arrival time of the shipment to its destination from the moment the order is placed. However, in any case of a problem with the supply of products, you are invited to contact RimonClinic, and we will do everything in our power to expedite the shipping time.

It should be emphasized that if promotions are published on the website, these promotions may change from time to time, and in any case, there is no double promotions and discounts.

Order from a Therapist RimonClinic is not responsible for orders placed with therapists registered on the website, even if they published the products on the website itself, and even if payment for it was made through the website. If you contact the website and raise difficulty in placing an order or receiving products from one of the therapists registered on the website, RimonClinic will contact that therapist and ensure that the therapist is handling the complaint. RimonClinic is not responsible for handling the complaint or the outcome of the treatment.

Profiles and User Content on the Website Certain users on the website are allowed to set up a profile on the website and upload content to it according to the website’s guidelines. Certain services on the website also require registration, during which you will be asked to provide personal information, and/or will be subject to additional terms not detailed in these terms of use and will be regulated in a private agreement.

Please note that, at its discretion, RimonClinic may suspend a user from the website or prohibit them from using the website or part of its services if it turns out that the details provided by the user are incorrect. Upon registering for the website, you will be asked to choose a username that will serve you in any action you want to perform on the website, as well as a password that matches the username. You are requested to keep the password you chose secret and not to reveal or transfer it to anyone else. For various reasons, we recommend that you – if other people use the same computer – please be sure to log out properly after each use of the website, as well as cancel the password memory option.

Any content that users have uploaded and/or will upload to the website (including in any of the services offered on the website), including (among others) words, images, video, audio content, software, combination of video and audio content, design, personal web page (as defined below), advertisements, business card content (as defined below), therapist ratings and reviews or any other material (“User Content” or “Content that a user uploads to the website” and the like), is the sole property and responsibility of the user who uploaded it and/or purchased it from RimonClinic and/or provided it to RimonClinic for uploading to the website.

Any right (if any) in user content (including intellectual property rights of any kind), belongs to the user who uploaded the content to the website, unless otherwise stated in a private agreement between the user and the website management. However, when you upload content to the website, you thereby give consent that as long as the website is active, use will be made of the content, as we will detail below, without the use entitling you to payment, and this use will not constitute a violation of these regulations and/or a violation of copyright law or any other law.

RimonClinic may make any use of user content as described in this document, including the following uses:

• RimonClinic may display user content on the website and on websites with which it is in collaboration.
• RimonClinic may perform any technical action required on the content for the purpose of realizing the website’s goals, operating the website, displaying the content on the website, and for the purpose of realizing the authorizations detailed in this section (including, among others, recording, copying, storage, conversion, and transmission).
• RimonClinic may use user content for public relations purposes.

You may upload any content to the website, provided that it complies with the conditions set forth in these regulations. Later in these regulations, we will detail various types of content and expressions that you are not allowed to publish on the website. The said list is not a closed list, and content and expressions that RimonClinic will believe should be prevented from being published on the website will be added to it from time to time. This list should be seen as including content and expressions prohibited by any law, even if not explicitly mentioned in these regulations. Remember that you are not allowed to upload to the website any content that does not meet the requirements of the law and/or the regulations and/or infringes on the right of any third party.

As stated in these regulations, RimonClinic has the right to remove user content from the website or block user participation on the website. Users’ responsibility for the content will apply whether RimonClinic exercised this right or not.

Deletion of User Content RimonClinic may (but is not obligated to) remove, delete, or not allow the publication of content on the website, at its sole discretion. RimonClinic will not be obligated to update you prior to the removal or deletion of the content and will not be obligated to provide an explanation for the reason for removing the content.

Without derogating from the above, if RimonClinic becomes aware of information about content uploaded to the website by a user, which constitutes a violation of any law, harms a third party in any way, or violates a provision of these regulations, RimonClinic will be entitled to remove or delete the content or block it from viewing, at its sole discretion. RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan encourage freedom of speech and the existence of a fruitful discussion on the website, with your active participation and that of other website users in it. However, in order to allow the existence of a cultured and relevant discourse and to prevent misuse of the open possibilities for you to express yourself on the website, RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan may check the content, prevent its publication, or delete it.

Do not publish on the website or Facebook page

• Any content that infringes on or violates the proprietary rights of others – including copyrights and trademarks;
• Passwords, usernames, and other details that allow the use of computer software, digital files, websites, or services that require registration or payment, without such payment or registration;
• Any content that constitutes defamation of a person, or infringes on their privacy, or good name, or is of a harassing, offensive, hostile, threatening, or rude nature;
• Contact details of website users, private users, or therapists on the website, including email addresses or private phone numbers.

Any user is allowed to publish reviews about the therapists on the website. A therapist about whom a review is published will receive a notification about it and will have the right to respond to the review they received. As mentioned, RimonClinic reserves the right to delete content at its discretion.

Knowledge Expansion Sometimes links to various pages on the Internet will be published on the website. The links allow you to find content published on the Internet. Most of the content is not published by RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan, or on their behalf, and RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan do not control or supervise them, are not responsible for the content to which the links lead, and are not responsible for any result that will be caused by their use or reliance on them.

RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan do not guarantee that the links found on the website will be valid. In addition, RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan may remove links from the website that were included in the past or refrain from adding new links – all, according to their absolute discretion.

Responsibility for Website Content, Availability, and Changes to the Website RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan will be able to change from time to time the structure of the website, its appearance and design, the scope and availability of services on it, will be entitled to charge for certain content and services according to their decision, and will be entitled to change any other aspect related to the website – all, without the need to notify you in advance. Such changes will be made, among other things, taking into account the technological and other changes occurring on the Internet. By their nature, changes of this type may be associated with malfunctions and/or initially cause discomfort and the like. You will have no claim, lawsuit and/or demand against RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan for making such changes and/or malfunctions that occur during their implementation.

The website, including any content and/or service available through it, is made available to you by RimonClinic as they are and subject to their availability AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. Although RimonClinic makes every effort to present accurate and reliable information on or through the website, RimonClinic is not and will not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for the availability, truthfulness, reliability and/or accuracy of the content appearing on the website, and reliance on any content presented on or through the website is entirely your responsibility. Also, the purchase of a product / treatment and/or any other service from RimonClinic and/or through RimonClinic’s website is entirely at your own risk. The content of the website does not grant you any right other than those specified in these regulations, which constitute an agreement for all intents and purposes between you and RimonClinic.

It is possible that some of the content or links that will be displayed through the website or through other websites of RimonClinic, including information, data, treatments, videos, text, audio, etc. (hereinafter together “the Content”), will be linked or available through sites, pages and channels (hereinafter “the Pages”) managed by third parties, including on the Facebook page; on the YouTube channel; and on the Instagram profile and more. Viewing the contents of the external pages, whether directly through the website or on the pages themselves, is subject to the regulations, terms of use and privacy policies of the hosting sites and the companies behind them. If you use one or more of the Pages, it is recommended therefore to also review the terms of the hosting site.

Responsibility for Treatments, Products, and Services RimonClinic and/or anyone on its behalf do not bear any responsibility regarding the treatments offered on the website. The consumption of treatments offered on the website is the full responsibility of the customer. RimonClinic and/or anyone on its behalf, including but not limited to its managers and employees, are not responsible and will not be responsible, in any case, and will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage and/or any other damage, resulting from treatment received, an order placed on the website, and/or its non-supply and/or defect in treatment and in any case the extent of RimonClinic’s liability towards you is limited to the amount paid by you for the treatment.

You agree and undertake to defend RimonClinic, to exempt it from liability and to fully indemnify RimonClinic, its employees, managers, related companies, or anyone on their behalf, for any damage, loss, loss, payment or expense caused to them, directly or indirectly, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert fees and legal expenses, in connection with or due to your breach of the terms of use and/or for any claim, demand and/or lawsuit that will be brought against RimonClinic and/or anyone on its behalf, by any of your representatives and/or by any third party in connection with and/or as a result of your use (of any kind) of the website.

A user who will use the website contrary to the rules of use or the provisions of the law will be obligated to compensate RimonClinic and indemnify it and/or its employees, managers, shareholders, or anyone on behalf of these for any direct and/or indirect damage including loss, loss of profit, payment or expense caused to them – including attorneys’ fees and legal expenses all upon first demand and according to it.

Cancellation of Transaction: According to the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction) 2010, the right of cancellation will not apply to treatments that have been ordered. Cancellation of product sales will be according to the Consumer Protection Law, as well as the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction). In any case of a product sent to the customer and the transaction is canceled, the customer will pay for the return of the product, as well as cancellation fees at the rate of 5% or 100 NIS of the product price, whichever is lower.

General RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan reserve their right to change these terms of use from time to time. RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan will not be directly and/or indirectly responsible for any case where a participant’s purchase is not received in the system and/or for any technical problem and/or other problem preventing a participant from purchasing the treatments and using them. RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan reserve the right to cancel the sale and/or one of the trainings, courses and content products and services at their discretion. RimonClinic and/or Elad Dahan will not be directly and/or indirectly responsible for the time of supply of physical products or for any malfunction of the operation of digital products that may be caused by computer failures and/or telephone systems and/or any other communication factor in completing the purchase process, and/or if due to hostilities and/or strike and/or lockout and/or any other factor that is force majeure will prevent and/or affect the process of purchasing treatments and/or supplying treatments.
